WARRANTY CLAIMS:

Your product(s) must be purchased either directly, or through one of our authorized dealers. Warranty Coverage applies ONLY to the ORIGINAL PURCHASER. Proof of purchase will be required prior to warranty replacement. 

Warranty covers product replacement only. Warranty will never be a parts cost refund. Warranty will never cover any collateral damage costs such as install, alignments, labor, etc. Parts that are subject to wear and tear are not eligible for warranty. These products include but are not limited to: bushings, bump stops, bearings, tie rod ends, and dust boots. Products must be installed correctly, unaltered, and free from abuse. Failure to install parts to Synergy Manufacturing's specifications listed in our instructions manuals will automatically NOT be eligible for warranty. Synergy heavy duty front ball joint sets carry a 12 Month Unlimited-Warranty. Synergy hard parts have a Limited-Lifetime Warranty and are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Product finishes are not guaranteed. 

If you believe you have a part that failed and may be covered under warranty, you must first make a warranty claim. Once you have submitted your claim information you will be contacted within 5-7 business days with further instructions. For Synergy Manufacturing to process any warranty request, you will need to provide the following: Pictures of the installed configuration, video of the tie rod ends, bushings, or ball joints in question showing the failure, the mileage on the part, and a copy of the original purchase receipt(s). This is always the fastest way to handle any warranty item. No proof, no pictures / video, no receipt, no warranty. 

All parts to be considered for warranty replacement must first be physically inspected by a representative of SYNERGY MANUFACTURING. If the part(s) in question are deemed to have failed in a way other than installation/user error. The customer will be provided with a replacement part(s) of equal or improved quality. 

Synergy does not offer cash refunds. If you have already replaced the items you wish to warranty via a new order / your own stock and cannot provide assembled photos or video, you will need to send the old parts to us for in-person review at our facility. If they are deemed eligible for warranty, we can either ship you replacements or offer in-store credit. Please note that this process can take 3-5 weeks to complete, and it is always best to reach out before replacing parts. 

FOX Shock and Steering Stabilizer Warranty Information:

Synergy Manufacturing handles RAM 2500 front and rear shock warranties, and RAM 3500 front shock warranties. 

All other FOX Shock and Steering Stabilizer warranty requests are handled by RideFOX. Their Service Portal can be found here: https://service.ridefox.com/pages/truck

Please note:
Customers outside of the Lower-48 States: While a replacement part may be provided at zero charge, you will be required to cover shipping. 

Customers in the lower -48 States: Should you need replacement parts shipped VIA NEXT DAY AIR, you will be required to cover any expedited shipping. 

No replacement parts will ever be provided to a customer before a Warranty Claim is approved by a Synergy Manufacturing Representative.

RETURNS:

Please read and understand all terms and conditions of our return policy before shipping items.

We process all returns in the order they are received. Please allow us 2-4 weeks to complete your return. All returned products must be in their original packaging in new condition. A restock fee of no less than 20% will be assessed for any opened, damaged, and/or installed parts that need to be re-packaged and/or re-processed for resale. Returns after 30 days will automatically be charged a 20% restock fee, regardless of condition. Returns after 90 days will not be accepted for a refund. 

Refunds are not guaranteed on any installed or damaged part.

For all product returns please email support@synergymfg.com with your full name, order number, and phone number so a representative can reach out, if needed. 

Before any return is sent back you must be issued an RMA number by a Synergy Manufacturing Representative. For a Synergy product to be eligible for a refund it must have been purchased directly from Synergy Manufacturing. If you have purchased your part through our dealer network, please contact the dealer you purchased from to inquire about their return policy. 

Please note:
Please ensure that the RMA # given by your Synergy Manufacturing representative is on the label as listed in your RMA instructions or written clearly on the box to allow us to process your return. Any item returned without a RMA number will not be eligible for a refund.
