The Synergy Jeep JL / JLU / JT HD Steering Knuckles are built to outperform and outlast factory components, eliminating the weak points found in the stock aluminum design. Crafted from nodular iron for up to 100% more strength, these knuckles feature increased material thickness in critical areas to resist bending, cracking, and taper wallowing — even under the stress of oversized tires and hard off-road use.
Available in stock and high steer configurations, there’s an option for every Jeep. The stock replacement version maintains OE steering geometry for precise, responsive handling, while the high steer setup allows a flipped drag link and raised track bar for improved roll center, stability, and all-around drivability. Adjustable steering stops ensure you get the maximum steering angle possible.
Each knuckle is finished in a durable Black E-Coat for unmatched corrosion resistance without affecting tie rod or ball joint fitment.
