Our Synergy 1999 - 2004 Ford Super Duty F-250 / F-350 Heavy Duty Steering Kit was designed to provide an immediate upgrade in steering strength and feel. The heat treated 1.5" chromoly tie rod provides maximum strength to handle larger tires and aggressive driving, while the 1.5" USA made DOM drag link offers the most stable connection to the road and bent for the best clearance and fitment. With no wheel size requirements, you can run this kit on your stock wheel and tire combination! Equipped with our Heavy Duty Metal on Metal Tie Rod Ends, this steering kit provides maximum durability and performance. Features:
- Tie rod is CNC formed from 1.5 inch x .188 wall 4130 chromoly tubing and heat treated after bending
- Drag link is CNC formed from 1.50 inch x .250 wall 1026 DOM tubing
- Drag link and tie rod bolts into the factory mounts with no additional wheel requirements
- Tie rod is over 40% stronger than the stock tie rod
- Includes Synergy HD metal on metal tie rod ends with oversized 1 inch shank
- Single plane tie rod end used on the axle side to prevent unwanted drag link flop
- Clamp is CNC machined from 1020 DOM material and Zinc plated for maximum corrosion resistance
- Abrasion-resistant powder coat finish for maximum durability and corrosion resistance
- Synergy double adjuster sleeve allows adjustment of drag link and tie rod length without removing it from the vehicle
- Both ends of the bar use pinch bolts instead of jam nuts to maximize clamping force and make adjustments easier
- 100% bolt-on components assures an easy, trouble free installation with the use of basic hand tools
