Notes:
- 8869-01, 8869-04, and 8869-24 do not require 2" bump stop spacer if Synergy trackbar 8875-01 is used
- 8869-01 and 8869-04 does require a 2" Synergy bump stop spacer 8057-10 if the stock track bar is used
- 8869-24 requires a 2" bump stop spacer 8057-10 if the stock track bar is used on the following models: Sport, Willys, Sahara, and Rubicon
- This is not a replacement track bar bracket; This is a brace to reinforce the stock frame-side front track bar bracket; If your stock track bar bracket is damaged, complete required repairs before installing this product
- The 2024+ model (8869-24) does not require grinding for installation; Earlier year model brackets require minor grinding for proper fitment
- We recommend all grinding be done by an experienced mechanic / fabricator
- If using an aftermarket front track bar, the front springs should be removed and the suspension cycled to full bump to determine the bump stop spacing required to prevent the track bar from contacting the sector shaft nut, or any other interference
- If using PSC Big Bore Steering Box Kit it is necessary to use the Synergy Mfg. Sector Shaft Nut (Part # 8869-10) and PSC Hardware kit (Part # HWK-689-PP)
- We recommend using a high temp lithium grease on the greaseable bronze bearing; Synergy High Performance Chassis and Bearing Grease part number 4119 is a great option
